We can produce 200,000 tons of chemical fiber oil and 200,000 tons of surfactants annually. We can supply more than one hundred types of products. Especially its polyester POY oil is an exclusively developed product in China and can totally replace imported hi-tech products.

Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, also known as fatty alcohol ethoxylates(ethoxylated fatty alcohol), or even emulsifier AEO, is a class of non-ionic surfactants produced by the addition reaction of fatty alcohols and ethylene oxide. It exhibits excellent wetting, emulsifying, dispersing, cleaning, and solubilising properties. The CAS number is 68439-51-0.
Depending on the length of the polyoxyethylene chain within the molecule, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether can be categorised into various grades, such as AEO1, AEO2, AEO3, AEO4, AEO5, AEO7, AEO9, AEO10 and AEO23. Each grade possesses distinct hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) values, catering to the emulsification, wetting, and detergency requirements of different systems.
This readily dissolves in water and various organic solvents, exhibiting outstanding stability in acidic, alkaline, and hard water conditions. It produces moderate foam, rinses easily, and leaves minimal residue.
It finds extensive application in the textile industry as a scouring agent, desizing agent, dyeing auxiliary, and finishing penetrant, effectively removing oil and sizing residues from fibre surfaces while enhancing dye uptake uniformity.
In the household chemicals sector, it serves as a primary detergent component in washing powders, shampoos, and shower gels, offering mild, non-irritating properties.
Within metalworking fluids and emulsifiable cutting fluids, it functions as an emulsifier and wetting agent, ensuring stable oil-water mixtures.
Furthermore, it acts as an emulsifier and dispersant in emulsion polymerisation, facilitating the production of polymer emulsions with uniform particle size.
