1. This series of products are easy to disperse or dissolve in water, and have excellent wettability, permeability and emulsification. Add a small amount of this product to the pretreatment formula to get an excellent refining effect.
2. In the textile industry and leather processing industry, it is used as a component of degreasing agent, cleaning agent, emulsifier and scouring agent.
3. It has a special emulsifying effect on amino silicone oil and simethicone oil, and can improve the efficacy after use. Compared with the general silicone oil emulsifier, the amount of emulsifier is less, the emulsion is more stable, and has strong penetrating power, which can penetrate into the inside of the fiber. This results in a more satisfying soft feel.
4. Used as metal processing aids,multi-functional detergents, decontamination solubilizers, household care cleaning agents, vehicles, public facililties, ultrasonic cleaning agents.
5. This product does not contain a benzene ring structure, and the product thus prepared becomes a new generation of environmentally friendly products.
6. Mixing this product into a concentration of 80-90% will make it a uniform fluid, which is more convenient to use and better in effect.
200KG iron drum/plastic drum, 50KG plastic drum, IBC, flexitank, tank car. This series of products are non-toxic, and non-flammable, according to the general chemical storage, transportation, and transportation, stored in a dry and ventilated place, a storage period of two years.
The CAS number of Emulsifier E1300 is 9043-30-5. Emulsifier E1300 may also be referred to as Emulsifier TO(Lutensol TO). Specifically, it can be ethoxylated isomeric alcohol, isomeric alcohol ethoxylates, or isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
Their relationship corresponds one-to-one:

They are, in fact, one and the same thing.
Emulsifier 1303 is a more fundamental grade within this series, exhibiting moderate hydroxyl value and hydrophilicity. It disperses well in water, balancing wetting properties with adequate emulsifying capability. Consequently, it finds frequent application in textile pretreatment, detergents, and general emulsifying formulations. Characterised by stable performance and broad applicability, its emulsifying strength is not the most pronounced. It is better suited for applications requiring moderate penetration and wetting effects rather than high emulsifying power.
Emulsifier 1305 exhibits similar properties to 1303 but offers slightly enhanced emulsifying and penetrating capabilities, providing improved formulation stability. It frequently serves as a core emulsifying agent in metal cleaning, leather treatment, and household detergents. Compared to 1306 and 1310, its hydrophilicity and emulsifying power are somewhat weaker, yet its advantages lie in lower dosage requirements and relatively more controllable costs, making it suitable for use in conventional detergent and pretreatment systems.
Emulsifier 1306 possesses a high hydroxyl value, thereby significantly enhancing its hydrophilicity and emulsifying properties. It is particularly well-suited for difficult-to-emulsify systems such as amino silicone oils and siloxane oils, forming stable emulsions at lower dosage levels. It exhibits strong penetrating power, enabling it to penetrate deep into the fibre interior, thereby markedly improving the fabric's soft hand feel. In formulations requiring higher-performance textile auxiliaries, functional cleaning agents, and leather treatment agents, 1306 is frequently selected as the primary emulsifier.
Emulsifier 1307 occupies a performance position between 1305 and 1306. Its emulsifying and penetrating capabilities surpass those of 1305 but fall short of 1306, making it suitable for formulations requiring moderate performance alongside cost-effectiveness. For instance, in metal cleaning, leather degreasing, or certain multi-purpose cleaners, 1307 delivers adequate emulsification and cleaning power while maintaining formulation cost-efficiency. It represents the most versatile option within this series.
Data on Emulsifier 1309 is relatively scarce, but its application characteristics indicate a higher proportion of hydrophobic segments within its molecular structure. Consequently, it demonstrates greater efficacy in systems with a higher oil phase content. Compared to more hydrophilic variants, 1309 is better suited for emulsification environments that require a strong affinity for the oil phase, such as in cleaning agents for oil-based stains or certain specialized metalworking additives. It enhances emulsification and dispersion within oily systems, though its contribution to hydrophilicity is relatively limited.
Emulsifier 1310 is the most hydrophilic and emulsifying variant within the range. It effectively stabilises highly oil-laden, silicone-rich, or difficult-to-emulsify systems, forming fine, stable emulsions while exhibiting exceptional penetration capabilities that significantly improve treatment outcomes for textiles and leather. Compared to other variants, 1310 excels in both emulsifying power and environmental performance, making it suitable for demanding industrial cleaning agents, textile auxiliaries, and multifunctional detergent solubilisers.
