We can produce 200,000 tons of chemical fiber oil and 200,000 tons of surfactants annually. We can supply more than one hundred types of products. Especially its polyester POY oil is an exclusively developed product in China and can totally replace imported hi-tech products.
Polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether (9036-19-5) is a significant class of non-ionic surfactants widely employed in industrial and household chemicals. Also known as octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether or ethoxylated octylphenol, it is produced by the addition reaction of octylphenol with ethylene oxide, yielding homologues with varying lengths of polyoxyethylene segments.
Its molecular structure combines hydrophilic polyoxyethylene chains with lipophilic octylphenol groups, conferring excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, and detergent properties. It forms stable micelles between aqueous and organic phases. Owing to this amphiphilic nature, it is frequently employed in emulsion polymerisation, as a pesticide emulsifier, textile printing and dyeing auxiliary, cleaning agent, metalworking fluid, and within the papermaking and leather industries. It also serves as a primary component in petroleum additives and detergents.
Products with varying degrees of polyoxyethylene addition can be adjusted to regulate their hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB), meeting diverse process requirements ranging from strong emulsification to high detergency.
